You forgot a monitor...a part that many gamers neglect the most.
go at least 27" and 2560x1440 ( recommended) or regular 1080 or 1200

I would strongly suggest avoiding SLI or CF do a single card solution so 680 or 7970Ghz

useing hd tv as a monitor also what is the effect of useing SLI instead of one card

Unless you will water cool graphic cards, SLI or CF generates a lot of noise and heat. The other thing is since you are using HD TV (1920x1080) SLI is overkill^2

You should really save up on a good quality monitor. Forget the TVs...
