Can these pc parts run current games??

Solution

That's a lot to spend on garbage... Scrap AMD altogether and get an i3 4370+h81 motherboard (just a tiny bit more expensive), it's faster, lower power, and will give you enough computing power to use a 960/970 level card when you next upgrade it.

Time for a new computer. You cannot upgrade the cpu to a usable level without scrapping the mobo.

I know im getting a new motherboard GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XM-D3H

And the Athlon X4 860k is the best CPU you're going to get on that platform. To get 60FPS on new triple-A titles, you're going to need to spend more money on the CPU, the FM2+ platform from AMD is a low budget option that is okay for entry level gaming rigs, but doesn't have a CPU that can drive all the latest games with a minimum framerate of 60FPS.

Right now the best gaming options available are Intel processors, with an i5 being recommended for 60+ FPS. A Core i3 will do in a pinch but might hold you back in some CPU heavy titles. AMD's aging AM3+ platform is another option, but all the CPUs on it are rather old, and there are some games where they will turn in rather poor performance.

In any case, you'd need a better GPU to hold 60FPS in newer titles, the GTX 750Ti is really only an entry level gaming graphics card. It can run any current title, but you're looking at reduced graphical settings and likely having to settle for 30FPS on the more demanding games out there.
