Yes, those components should work together (although 12GB RAM is a less than ideal configuration).

Yes. The 570 won't be an issue on any board compatible with the CPU.

For the motherboard, any H81, H87,, H97, B85, Q87, Z87, Z97 chipset board should work. H81s are probably the cheapest available
