I have a:

- AMD Radeon R7 M360 2GB Graphics Card
- Intel Core i5 6200U 2.3-2.4GHZ CPU (Dual Core)
- 12 GB RAM
- 1TB Hard Drive

Will I be able to run GTA 5 on lowest (or medium) settings at roughly 25-30 fps? I have already seen the Minimum Requirements for the game so please don't just post that. After checking on game debate, It appears it can run on low settings, but I would like an opinion from somebody on this site too

Thanks

Assuming you are playing at 1080p, then yes you could run the game 25-30 FPS on low settings.

Thank you. I've just read some articles on websites saying you need to have a Quad Core processor to run the game at all. Mine is only dual-core. Do you think that will still be okay?

why not just play it on console? you will be getting the same/worse experience on this build compared to a xbox 360

I have it on console but something is up with the disk and it won't install (I had to reset my PS4). Plus, I don't really care about the FPS, I just want to play the mods

you wont be able to play with mods, you will get unplayable performance with mods installed

I'm pretty sure it will be ok. Most of the mods I want don't hinder performance too badly. Please focus on my question rather than why I want it on PC. Will it run at 25-30fps, yes or no?

simple answer is sure at potato settings, but it will drop to 0 quite often, it wont be an enjoyable experience at all.
