Can these specs run Rust?

Prossesor: AMD FX-6500

Graphics: AMD Radeon R7 370

RAM: 8gb

Windows 10

Could those specs run rust at 30-60 fps on low or medium settings? I know my specs fit the minimum system requirements for rust, but what frame rate do the minimum system requirements acheive? Thanks!

It should be okay, but Rust can be finnikey at times, so expect some FPS drops at points.
