Can theses parts fit together?

For my first pc build, I want an :

- Msi 970 gaming (Motherboard)

- EVGA gtx 750 ti FTW edition (Gpu)

- FX 6300 3.5ghz (Cpu)

- Crucial 8GB DDR3-1600 (Ram)

- Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (Cpu Cooling)

- Enermax Ostrog (GT ATX Mid Tower Computer Case)

I just want to make sure theses parts fit well together please let me know!

It will but you want different components really.

Change FX6300 with i3 6100 and H110 motherboard, you will get about 60-90% better performance in everything. Also you will get latest platform with same or similar price difference. 6300 is really outdated. You don't need to buy Hyper evo 212 cooler with i3 !!

Also try to go for GTX 960 GPU if you have the money for it. As for ram 2X4GB is always better than 1x8GB because of dual channel memory boost that motherboard gives you. Make sure you buy them kit paired.
