Can this 650va support my computer?

So when there's a black-out, my PC shut down itself with UPS which is bad. This started happening when I upgraded my PC like getting a new MOBO, processor, and PSU.

It depends on what is connected to the UPS and how good the battery is. You provided a link to the UPS, but no info about your equipment.

I have Ryzen 3 1200, 1050 Ti, 2 HDDs(1 TB and 500 GB), and a 1366x768 monitor.

Your list is a bit vague; how much power does your monitor draw and what PSU do you have? The efficiency of the PSU has a direct impact on its power draw. Is the 65W Ryzen 1200 overclocked? How old is the battery in your UPS? In theory your UPS is 390W with a new battery.

Never mind, I just looked at my UPS and it says "Capacity: 650VA/390W".

Edit: How did you know that my UPS is 390W? I wanna know. It's okay if you don't wanna answer it, and I'll also pick your response as the best solution either way.

650va * 60% efficiency = 390W Since a UPS usually has a 60% efficiency, guessing was easy.

Having a 600W PSU doesn't mean that it draws 600W; it will only draw as much as it needs. If your system draws 250W from a 70% efficient PSU, then the PSU will draw 250/70*100=350W from the UPS plus whatever else is connected to it.

Efficiency of a UPS is relatively standard; my Smart-UPS 1500 is 900W, my Smart-UPS 1000 is 600W, etc. Check the specifications of most UPS and you'll quickly realize that they usually are 60% efficient.You can find a more efficient and very powerful enterprise UPS, but the cost will be prohibitive.
