Yes, but it's not really worth it. You can adjust the FSB speed, but overall the gains don't justify the time spent. Only the "K" series has an unlocked multiplier which is where you see the biggest overclocking gains.

You can overclock it, however you won't overclock the CPU, but instead the motherboard, and the ram will get overclocked with the CPU as well, you can do this by upping the FSB speed, and I do not recommend it.
