[SOLVED] Can this be something that isn't my GPU?

Solution
A junk power supply can supply an incorrect voltage to the graphics card causing the above issues.

Having said that I had a Geforce 780Ti that died a few months ago that started doing a highly similar thing, my blocks were red.

I put in a Geforce 1060 and haven't had any problems.

If you had a spare GPU I would say to replace the GPU in the problem computer first since a GPU replacement takes less time than a power supply replacement.
