can this build handle medium graphic games on low settings with 45-60 fps without a gpu?

Hi people,

Soon I will have all the parts to build my first pc (should be by the end of this week):

i5 7600
8 gb Ballistix ddr4 2400 (1 stick)
b250m gigabyte motherboard
1 tb wd 7200 rpm hd
n200 coolermaster case
evga 500w

Would it be able to handle games like h1z1, heroes and generals, or battlefield 4 or 3 on 720p with low graphic settings?

It shouldn't be any longer than 1 and a half to 2 weeks until I can order the rx 480 8gb to play recent games on ultra/high settings.

You have no graphics card included there, and the RX 280 8GB is extremely outdated.
Give me a budget, some of the parts you have selected are not very good.

Sorry my mistake, meant to say the rx 480 8 gb.

So far I've already bought the motherboard, case, ram and hd but still have yet to order the processor and psu. Either tomorrow or the next day I plan on ordering them off amazon, they both come up to around $400 Canadian total..

Get these instead, the others you've already bought are excusable.
I've also included the GPU, the cheapest decent 4GB RX 480 is $250, this is a great deal for a 6GB 1060.
Get the GPU and PSU first, the CPU will remain at a stable price.
