can this build run 4k gaming?

Yep, it should do pretty well with the Crossfire, but if you play any games that don't support Crossfire or if it doesn't scale well, you might suffer at 4k especially if it drops to single-card support.

yep should work great. but not that great, could work a lot better wit dual rx 480s that are coming out june 29th 2016
