1 - Are the parts compatible? Is the PSU sufficient?

2 - Can the build perform 60fps (1080p) while on Ultra/High Settings for most games?

3 - What games would this not be able to run 60fps while on Ultra/High settings? (Excluding games with relatively poor optimization)

4 - Are there cheaper and more efficient parts that can replace the above?

5 - Will heat be of any issue?

Solution
the PSU IS good it is OEM is Seasonic so no doubt Z CHipset motherboard with a non Overclockable CPU if u dont plan on Crossfire go with the H Chipset instead

the R9 290 is almost as strong as the GTX970 only diffrance is it eats more power so yah u should play games on ultra for at least a year or 2 b4 u need to turn down the settings
