[SOLVED] Can this build run Apex Legends at 144 FPS?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of upgrading my cpu mobo and ram considering my poor performance on apex legends, I'm upgrading from an i5-4590, 16 gb hyperx fury 1600mhz ddr3 ram and keeping my GPU, I'm thinking of
upgrading to
Msi b450 pro
Amd Ryzen 5 3600
16 gb ddr4 hyperx fury rgb
and my same gpu which is an asus strix gtx 1060 6gb, will this build run apex at 144 fps?
