What with integrated graphics in the cpu? No it will not. There is no gpu in that build, a 1060 would likely do much better than medium settings 1080p 60fps in the majority of games.

EDIT: I see it now, the 480 performs slightly worse than the 1060 but it is also a bit cheaper. Both will do much better than medium settings 1080p 60fps in any game I can think of.

RX480 will easily run all current games on medium at 1080p. You should be able to get 60fps with high or even max graphics depending on the game. Is your monitor 1080p?

Power supply is very overkill, good but overkill. And since you cant sli 1060s I cant think of any reason for it. I would save some money and go for something like this below cheaper, less wattage, still good quality.

They are like totally sold out at the moment I figured they would have more by now guess not, you may have t wait another week or two for the 1060. Also about your build, your motherboard wont run ram at 2400mhz, if you used the ram you have now it would be set to 2133mhz by the motherboard. So you may be able to save yourself a few dollars by getting 2133mhz ram.

What games? The only game I have seen the 480 outperform a 1060 was ashes of the singularity a dx12 game and it was by 1fps. Im interested to see how it compares to the 1060 when using future vulkan API and dx12 games for benchmarks. But for today's dx11 games the 1060 seems to pull ahead in pretty much everything.

Doom and Hitman...and the list may actually grow as it appears that AMD driver updates are unlocking significant gains (5% already). Plus the extra VRAM may become and issue, esp with Vulkan API.

The RX480 has far more theoretical performance if only it can be unlocked by drivers.
