sometime after i Eject the drive from the Tray Icon in Windows 10 and then Unplug the USB cable
the drive moves a bit
this sometimes happens with my WD Elements and WD my Passport
Can this Cause any damage ? because i think the drive is still spin even when i right click and eject but not sure

The most assured way to damage a hard drive is to shock it hard enough (i.e. dropping it from a distance) which will likely knock the platters out of alignment. A simple movement while unplugging will NOT provide enough shock to damage the platters.

No, that won't damage anything.
thank you for answering
i read online that even when you eject the drive from the tray icon and drive will still spin until you unplug the USB Cable
but maybe because the head is parked ? you said that it won't damage anything ?
