Can This Computer Run GTA V?

Hello everyone! Last time I asked about this computer, I got great feedback and it was accurate.

Today I am back to ask about the same computer but about GTA V instead of GTA IV.

Here are the specs:
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4400
Graphics Chip: Intel
RAM: 6GB DDR3L SDRAM
OS ARCH: 64-bit
Processor: Intel 4th Generation Core i3

I have some friends who run almost the same specs but with an Intel HD Graphics 4000, I was wondering if I could play GTA V on this with 800x600 res with lowest settings. Thank you!

Oh, and also: I have a mac with 4GB RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256MB and I am in the process of installing windows on it. Will it run GTA V?

Processor: 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
RAM: 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB


Thank you for your opinions on both and remember that the MacBook is sporting an SSD as well as Windows 7.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

The first computer can run GTA IV at max resolution for it's screen. I can set Texture Quality to high, reflection quality to Very High, Shadows to Medium, water low, 50 view distance and 40 lod distance and get a decent 50FPS (while driving). This should help some people tell me if it will run GTA V.

Will look like GTA 3 at these settings . No point in playing like that.
