Can this computer run League of Legends at 60+ FPS?

So there's a computer I'm thinking of buying. It's not a gaming computer, those are way out of my price range but I found this one that seems to have reasonable specs for the cost

It's an "Inspiron 15 5000 Series (Intel®) Non-Touch" and it has:

4th Generation Intel® Core™ i5-4210U processor (3M Cache, up to 2.7 GHz)
8GB RAM
Intel® HD Graphics 4400

So I need to know if the computer can run league at 60+ FPS then I'll decide if I want to buy it

It will be able to run LoL on medium/ medium-high specs, but I don't know if you'll get 60fps at those settings. It will be able to get it easily on low and medium will probably be good too.

It will not be able to run at highest graphics, But i think it should easily run at 60fps at Low/medium settings. Even my old laptop with its GMA4500M And intel pentium 2.2ghz Could run it at 35fps (your laptop is way better)

This laptop should run League finely. If you get this laptop and have issues with FPS right now, it's most likely not a problem with the computer, because many people have been having FPS issues with League on all quality settings since the recent 4.20/4.21 patches.
