Can this custom computer run Battlefield 4 at Ultra or High on 1080p?

Thanks to people on my previous questions I've custom built a pc. Just to be sure that it can run this game I'm asking you guys
Here are it's specs

Processor: Intel core i5 4570 3.2GHz
RAM: 8GB
Graphics Card: XFX Radeon R9 270X Black Edition 2GB GDDR5
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H87 D3H LGA1150 ATX Motherboard
Storage: Western Digital Blue WD10EZ 3.5 inches 1TB 64MB 7200RPM HD
Power Supply: FSP Rader Edtion 650W 80+ Silver power supply
Total: $1290

It should run it well on high settings 1080p.

Sure with high settings on 1080P.
IMHO high > ultra on BF4. The massive hit going towards Ultra just aint worth it.
