can this damage computers?

my upstairs roommates have bedbugs and now the exterminator has to spray down my apartment as well as theirs so my question is can this spray damage computers?

It probably wont, and I would also recommend not packing it up either.
If you pack it up you run the risk of protecting some bugs from the exterminator.

I would ask the person who was hired to spray what they recommend, think about all the electronics in a typical household, I doubt a PC would be different.

The exterminator is likely to request that all the furniture and equipment be moved at least three feet from the wall. Your system is going to be shut down and unplugged while the exterminator is spraying and if it's covered is a simple bag, it should be fine as long as the exterminator doesn't spray it directly.
