Question Can this damage my display?

So, I have a 60hz Asus monitor wich has an option for 75hz on some lower resolutions. I use that option for csgo but the resolution I usually play on, wich is 1280x960 doesnt have 75hz option even tho some higher ones have. Now if I create custom 1280x960 res with 75hz it works so I was wondering if this can somehow damage my display? Keep in mind I dont have to switch to that resolution in Nvidia, my display still stays in its native, fullhd res, I just needs to have 75hz option on that 1280x960 res so csgo can recognize that and make the game run in 75hz.
