I have the dell u2715h 60fps monitor
if I'm playing a game with vsyng is off and enhanced syng is off
and as you know enhanced syng does not cap the fps like vsyng
so if im playing a game and i get for example 100 fps
and my monitor is only 60fps
can that cause damage to the monitor because the gpu is pushing more fps that it can handle ?

Solution
No. The GPU doesn't "push" frames to the monitor.* The GPU just keeps drawing frames, constantly overwriting previous frames. The monitor "pulls" a frame from the GPU every time it refreshes. Any frames drawn by the GPU in excess of the monitor's refresh rate are simply never displayed by the monitor.

* Except for Gsync and Freesync monitors. Those do communicate with the monitor to decide when a frame should be displayed.
