So I'm going to get a PC for gaming and i'm on a tight budget so I had to get a prebuilt and just do a few upgrades. So i'm gonna get a dell optiplex 3010 with an i5 3470. Or should I just get a low profile RX 560?

this is your system and it only have a 250 watts psu also dell use proprietary psu you will have to check if it could handle the gpu and this is not a gaming computer https://downloads.dell.com/manuals/...x_desktop/optiplex-3010_setup guide_en-us.pdf
