Can this graphic card work for me?

Hello guys my name is lazybone and I need help on computer issues. Currently, I have a Dell Dimension 9200 with, 19 lcd screen, Core2Duo e6300 1GB DDR2 667 memory 138GB HD 7300 LE video card. I'm planing to buy

Yes that graphics card would work for you but If you have the stock power supply, I doubt it might not have enough power for that card...
You need a good 500W PSU with 2x 6Pin PCIe connector for that card to work properly...

Measure the space you have in your case first!

It will most likely physically fit in your case, but work correctly? I Doubt it.
You will have to use adapters, as your PSU won't have the correct plugins.
Beyond that your current PSU is not rated with enough power for that card.
Dell PSU's are rated strong amp-wise on the 12 volt rails, even though the overall wattage is not so high. If you have minimal hardware, like a single harddrive, single optical, no other add in cards etc, it MIGHT work, but there would be no guarentees.

I would advise against buying the card, unless you are willing to spring for a new PSU as well.

So basically, I should measure the space and have a new power supply that have 500W or more?

^ You have to measure the space inside the case so as to make sure the graphics card wont be blocked by the HDD cage(Most common problem)...

And I said 500W because it would have enough power to run the card( actually more)...but the main reason is that only 500W+ PSUs have the required connectors for the GTX 260(2x 6PIN connectors)...Though you can even use PSUs like the Corsair 450VX to power the GTX 260 but it has only 1 6PIN connector and you would have to use an adaptor for the additional 6 PIN...

What is the rating of your power supply ? If it is Dell 375W, then it can power upto GTS250/ HD 4850...Anything above would be pushing it...
