It probably can be repaired. The question is it worth the expense? The card is outdated. It is a graphics card from six or seven years ago.

I would simply replace the graphics card with a new card.

As a last ditch effort you could try baking it (put it in the oven...google the instructions first.)

I was under the impression is was failed electrically. Now I'd be interested to see the picture.

That first set of contacts is completely broken off. That can't be repaired without a new circuit board. So no it can't be repaired in all practicality.

Just checking, because there are scammers that will show you a working GPU, get your money, and send you something completely broken.
