Hello, im new here and i wanted to know if a graphics card can fit into my current computer, with these specs. I posted a link for the card itself and the specifications for my computer. I am positive it will, but im not sure if it fits on the motherboard. I'd just like an experts opinion on this. Thank you to everyone who helps. Its much appreciated.

Hi, yes the 750 ti will work nice with your i7 2600, heck you get a GTX 980 and still be perfectly fine. The PSU on the other hand, If you don't plan to upgrade anything, a 400watt will be more then enough, you get some decent for fairly cheap, Though if...

It should work just fine, Though the Powersupply is a bit questionable.

If I were you, I'd look into a new Powersupply to play it safe, you don't want to draw to much power and the Powersupply crap out and possibly taking other components with it.

so, since my power supply has a total of 300W, it may be a problem because of the other components that need power, with this card needing a minimum of 300W. I see. Thanks for the quick reply. Also, would this play games well and work properly with my 3.4 GHz intel core i7 2600 processor? would there be any software compatibility issues or anything else of the sort related to other parts. (can this perform with my other components)? Also, what power supply would you recommend?

The PSU on the other hand, If you don't plan to upgrade anything, a 400watt will be more then enough, you get some decent for fairly cheap, Though if you do want to upgrade a better video card, a 650watt or better should be enough for 90% of the markets graphics cards, its your choice.

This a good PSU for its price, though I do not know if your from the USA or CA http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438012

You just have to make sure its a name brand PSU. If you have any questions about a PSU we are here to help.

Wow, what a quick response! Thanks. I felt that since most rigs that ive seen have the i3 4700 or something, i wasnt sure if it would properly function. As for the power supply, the one in the link looks great, although i will do more research (i live in canada 😛). But yeah, I REALLY appreciate you putting time into this. Ive been looking everywhere for an answer to my questions, and you thankfully answered all of them! So thank you and everyone at this great website. If i do need anything else, is it alright if i message you about any concerns? If not, i can just leave another reply.

Your vary welcome, Your CPU is still a really good CPU, It may be old, but it still holds its own, and will be perfectly fine with any single card solutions to date. That i7 2600 I would say is around the i5 3570 performance bracket give or take, it might even give some of the lower power i7 3770's a run for its money still.

Happy gaming!
