12 gb of ram
Do i need to change anything?
Because i see a lot of people that have the same graphics card but they have better performance.

Not at good fps/settings, 1080 is probably the minimum for an enjoyable experience, although the 1080ti is leaps and bounds above even that.
The 1070 is primarily a 1440p gpu
