Yes, the nVidia 920mx should be fine to play the Sims 4 using max graphics settings at 1366x768 resolution.

The following link has game benchmarks for the 920mx. At 1080p resolution and max graphic settings the Sims 4 runs at just over 30 FPS on average; therefore at lower resolution of 1366x768 the FPS should be much higher; I would say at least 50 FPS most of the time.
