Hello!,
Is it able to install "Samsung PM951 256GB NVMe PCIe M.2 Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) (MZVLV256HCHP)" on this Motherboard: "Gigabyte GA-H170-D3H Socket 1151 Motherboard (rev. 1.0)" or this Motherboard would limit the SSD to work 100% as it should?

Link to the Motherboard's Specification: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5519#sp

My other PC's Parts:
--------------------------
CPU: Intel Core I7-6700 8M Skylake Quad-Core 3.4GHz LGA 1151 Desktop Processor
HDD: WD FZEX Western Digital (WD) Caviar Black WD1003FZEX 1TB 64MB Cache HDD
RAM: Still don't know what to choose between those 2:
--Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB (2 X 8GB) DDR4 2133MHz CL14 1.2v (HX421C14FBK2/16) 1150
--Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 X 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2133MHz CL13 1.2V Dual Channel Memory Kit (CMK16GX4M2A2133C13)
"I chose the 2133MHz Ram as it's limited to the Motherboard Maximum:2133 MHz" ...

--Waiting for your advice about this SSD and RAM.., Thanks in advance!! :)

Thanks very much n0ns3ns3 for your response!!
And please If you have any opinion about which RAM to Choose between those 2?
Even I still have the chance to Choose among those three Z170 Motherboards: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/comparison/list.aspx?ck=2&pids=5499,5486,5496 , Can you recommend one of those 3 Motherboards in case i didn't find the "Gigabyte GA-H170-D3H" I really don't know what to choose .. In case there is better one motherboard out of those 3 I would go with the i7 6700K CPU...

Well ... feature wise, it is more or less the same as two more advanced GB boards.
But every single GB mother board I owned had issues or died. Asus tend to have better QC, better/longer BIOS support and excellent SW like AI Suite.
One of the most noticeable things I remember from recent years is that GB was the only company that not added NVMe boot to all Z97 motherboards.
Regarding your build - what are you trying to achieve ? what parts you already have ?

Well it will be for: mid-games , Cad programs for my brother, Web surfing, a few video+photo Editing.
Parts I have: Almost everything except (Motherboard, CPU, GPU, SSD) and i am willing to buy those parts once i know what will be the best together...
