[SOLVED] Can this PC Game & Stream at the same time?

I have been thinking about streaming games. I have been saving some money for this and it'll be in my hands my feb last. Can this PC play games and stream at the same time? ( I didn't mentioned any storage media in this list. I already have a 1TB 7200RPM HDD and a 240GB SSD )

a 2600 is definitely one of the 'go to' choices these days, unless, of course, you can find a very nice sale on a 2700/2700X....! 6c/12t processors are now standard fare for streaming gamers....
