Can this PC get a Graphics Card...?

My friend has this PC that causes FPS drops in CS: Go.
8Gb Ram
Quadcore Processor

Not sure if it will work I’m planning on adding a GTX 750 ti SC EVGA

That will definitely be a step up. Which PSU? 750Ti is a low power card and should fit, but the PSU may be sketchy.

Why a 750ti? It's an old card and even a gt 1030 matches it.

i purchased a GTX 750 ti and i have this extra one sitting around and my friend said he's been trying to play and the GTX 750 ti is just sitting on my desk doing nothing so i was going to give him it i just wonder if it works.

Doubt it. Open the side case of the PC and look towards the bottom, you should see the PSU. Just note down the model number and details.

No. You need to open it anyways to install the gpu. The psu should just be at the bottom.
