Can this Pc handle it?

This is what my friend computer is

Im wondering its possible to change the graphic to like an GTX 560 ti or anything else better to play the current gen games

You could put a 560Ti in there, but modern games? The processor is only an i3-2100 dual core. I think that would be your bottleneck.

The i3-2100 is a decent performer for a dual core due to its powerful single thread performance but yes it will start holding you back with upcoming games

Not sure how good that 450W PSU is in that system, but I doubt it would power a 560 Ti very well

You could look into the 7770/GTX 650 Ti or the Radeon 7850/GTX 650 Ti Boost cards for the moment

You could upgrade the CPU for that H67 motherboard to an older i5 if you can find one as well

So a 550GTX ti would work? or any good one that i can get the best performance with that pc even if its low or mid quality because im trying to help my friend get a new graphic card so he can atleast play this gen game at lowest without massive lag

In that case just go with a Radeon 7750 or 7770, you shouldn't have many worries with those cards. The 7750 performs close to the 550 Ti and the 7770 beats it at just about the same price (Back in a day, at least)

As long as his PSU has a spare PCI-E 6 pin power connector, then it should be fine
