Can this pc ruin GTA 5 WITH MODS

Hi I'm building my first gaming pc and am kinda lost. I was wandering if this pc could run GTA 5 with MODS at a good fps and preferably 1080p. Please tell me any suggestions about my pc and give any tips on building a pc. Also if y'all submit builds i really need a portable case bc i move around alot.

I suggest not buying an OEM copy of windows 8, and if you're going to buy an OS, at least get it off of G2A for $40. (Just make sure to purchase the security for an extra $1-2)

But yeah, that can definitely run gta5 alone, I don't know about mods though.

Gta 5 is really, really well optimized.
Although that power supply is a bit low, if you can I'd suggest getting at least 600-650

(Personal suggestion from an amd fan, I suggest getting the r9 390 instead)

Build looks good. You'll have no problem with GTA 5 on high settings.

For your PSU, I'd recommend one with a bit more oomph. Same company.
