Can this PC Run 18 WHEELS OF STEEL EXTREME TRUCKER 2

Hai. im new to this forum.. ! This is lengthy post. .Plz understand my problem cool manner
Iam giving clear picture for my problem

1) I Want to play 18 WHEELS OF STEEL EXTREME TRUCKER 2 on my PC ( I dont have Graphic Card right now ). .Im mad about this Game
2) Im going to buy Graphic Card (ASUS Radeon HD 5450 1GB) Especially for this Game.
3) When I Installed this game . I Got Error like this Below

4) I dont want to waste my money for Graphic Card whether the game didnt works

Minimum system requirements
Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7
2.2 GHz CPU
1 GB RAM (2+ recommended on Vista)
1 GB HD Space
256 MB graphics accelerator (GeForce FX or better class, ATI 9600 class)
6)I dont know about my PC whether it is p1,p2,p3 like that ?? (Answer this too)
7)My PC Configuration is below

8) The Game requirement is Minimum 2.2 GHz CPU but i have Intel Pentium R DUAL CPU E2140@ 1.60Ghz(2CPUs)
9) Will this Game 18 WHEELS OF STEEL EXTREME TRUCKER 2 run on my PC for above Configurations with ASUS Radeon HD 5450 1GB Graphic card ???
10) What my computer processor is (Whether p1,p2,p3 like that??)

Plzz __/\__ Solve my problem !

getting the HD5450 will make the game work as the IGPU isnt good enough
