csgo and minecraft will be doable but it wont run amazing. Day z will run like total crap though.

It will run those games but it won't be a good gaming experience. Intel® HD Graphics 2000 just won't cut it, you need a discrete gpu. Link below just to give you idea how day z will run with integrated gpu:

you can build a great computer for yourself in that money, i do not suggest buying prebuilt PCs in terms of gaming
