These specs are from a pc i want to buy, how much fps are we looking at and what graphical setting?

Runs just fine on 2 cores,although it does have multiple threads working.

I would say you can run over watch fine on it medium preset, maybe graphics slightly turned down with playable 45-60fps

You may want to think about saving up for a new system.

If want to play overwatch and to have the optimal experience then to be on the fair playing field gameplay performance wise you'd need a constant 60fps other wise it is going to be hard to aim with the frame rate fluctuating constantly. Your going to have a major disadvantage.

What the point of buying an expensive game if you can't get the optimal experience.
