Can this PC run skyrim?

I am building a PC and would like to play Skyrim on at least high settings with at least 30fps with no dips.

Not sure about the psu have never heard of that one. I know the evga g2 is a quality unit. Also you can drop the cpu down to an i5 6600k if all you intend to do is game and not video editing.

Are you joking, or is this a serious question?

You'll be able to DSR Skyrim to 4k and still get 60 FPS.

I just VSR'd Skyrim to 4k using a R9 380, solid 60 FPS, completely maxed out, AA off, ~47 mods, some are textures.
