Can this PC stream on Twitch?

Hi!

I'd like to know if this 2 PC set-up can stream in 720p at 30fps to Twitch.

Streaming PC:
CPU: i5 4440
GPU: GTX 960
RAM: 4GB RAM

Gaming PC:
CPU: i5 8600
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
RAM: 16GB 2400MHz
MOBO: Asus Prime B250M-K
POWER: Corsair VS550 550w

My internet speed is also:
DOWNLOAD: 24mbps
UPLOAD: 4mbps

Specs seem to be adequate for streaming as GTX 960 is not that bad still it got enough juice for new games, Processor also seems fine but memory seems to be lower 4gb is not enough even for offline play, It should be increased to at least 12GB ram.

Those are the specs for my streaming PC, not the gaming PC.

You are good to go brother. The specs on the both PC's are good. IMO you won't face any issues while streaming 720p at 30fps to Twitch. Although you didn't mentioned the specs of the webcam, if you wish to stream with face cam as well. Other than that it's all good.

Thanks for your answer mate! Do you think the internet speed is adequate? Also, are there any aspects of the gaming PC I can afford to opt for a cheaper option?

I am not sure about the 4mbps upload speed, whether you checked with your ISP or did a speedtest on speedtest.net. There are no cheap upgrades to your gaming setup. It'd be better to do a complete system overhaul rather than spending big on some individual parts.
