I built a computer for myself but my brother has to take turns to use it. I plan to make this computer powerful enough to let two users use it at the same time. May I know if my computer with the following specifications (below) is powerful enough to do it?

Intel Core i5-9500
16 GB HyperX Fury 2400HZ RAM
250 GB Samsung 860 EVO SATA SSD
120 GB Kingston A400 SATA SSD
Corsair CX Series CX550M 550W PSU
Thermaltake Versa H24 - Window case
GIGABYTE B365 M AORUS ELITE (rev. 1.0) mobo

I plan to upgrade it with another 16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4 RAM in dual channel mode and put in a discrete graphics card. I shall get a 22" IPS monitor, a tenkeyless keyboard, and a mouse and connect all that to the ports on the graphics card or the motherboard. A second user can then use it.
there were a few software solutions years ago that allowed two users, each with a keyboard, mouse/monitor, but, not sure how/if that would ever work for gaming, and , not sure if it is/was ever viable with WIn 10
May I know what is the type and name of this software?
