Can this pc work?

So my I’m going to build my first pc,
My specs are:
Ryzen 3 1200
Gigabyte AB350M-HD3
Hyperx 8gb ddr5
Corsair 450w
Armaggeddon Vulcan v1x

So knowing that I need a graphics card to run this pc, can you use an old gpu(because I have one) like a geforce 9500gt ddr2 so that I can run my pc for normal browsing or so I can test the cpu and MOBO before I buy the gtx 1050ti. But if I can’t use the gpu, can I access the bios or the things in the mobo?

I dont see why you could not use the GS 9500GT card on a ryzen, it is still PCIe compliant.

I think windows 8.1 is good for me
