I don't know if this is the right section but I just bought a GTX780 to replace my HD7770 and a i5 3570k to replace my i3 3220 and I was wondering is that is enough to get every game at 1080p@60fps on its highest settings or do I need anything else?

The full new specs are (when they arrive):
Windows 8.1 64 bit
Intel Core i5-3570K
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 780 WindForce 3x OC Rev2.0
Toshiba 3TB 7200RPM SATA 6GB/s 64MB Cache
Z77-DS3H Motherboard
2X 4GB DDR3 Ram @800MHz
Corsair Builder Series CX 600W V2 '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply
and a Gigabyte M6900 3200DPI Gaming Mouse.
(Custom Built btw)

Solution
It should, but BF4, Rome Total War 2 might give you some problems (a single 780 might not be enough for a constant 60fps) but you will be damn near close and most of the time you should have 60fps at least
I don't think you'll have any problem with any game right now at 1080p. You may get occasional drops below 60fps but I would imagine on average you'd be hitting the mark.

As Christiaan mentioned, Rome 2 will give you issues, but that due to poor optimization.
