Can this problem is because CPU overheat or Nvidia kernel mode driver stopped working?

Hello i got a serious problem, everytime i want to play CS:GO or other games sometimes happens that my Pc makes buzz sound and monitor goes no signal, only thing i can do is restart my pc. Can this be caused by CPU overheat? idk because when i check speedfan cpu temp is like 66+ C , when i check HWmonitor it was like 95+ xD

gtx 750 ti
amd athlon x4 840
seasonic 12 520 W
4 gb ram

first clean old paste and repaste using mx2 or mx4 the put cooler back and made shure it is well sit and the fan spin as it should also use this to check temp and other on the sensor page https://www.hwinfo.com/download.php and report back what it read on idle and under load .
