also one of the case fans isn't connected because i could only find one male connector for the the fan meaning i'd have to choose 1. is there another connecter for the other fan, as the one with led lights is unplugged and that's part of the appeal of the case. does all micro atx mobo only come with 1 system fan conenction?

should be no problem
as for your fans i normally only plug the cpu cooler into the mobo, the case fans i daisy chain with molex connectors , if your box and fans didn't come with adapters you can pick them up cheap enough.

Yes it will all be compatible.
However i would choose something more reliable for a psu.

I realize you're are probably on a budget but i wouldn't skimp on a psu.
The psu will offer more then enough molex connectors for case fans and the mobo will also have fan headers.2 sys/fan headers to be exact.

That power supply will fit into that case.

It's quite common for micro-ATX motherboards to only have one system fan header.

The HD 5770 is going to cover the PCI1 slot so you'll have to put the sound card into the PCI2 slot.

You can use one of these Rosewill 12" PWM Splitter Model RCW-FPS-401 to get extra fan headers :

i heard the extreme rosewill psus are alot better than previous psus but is this one reliable? if not i need one under 50 if possible, dont have alot of money to play with, needs enough power to support radeon hd 5770

they are lying to you! i have a 5770 with a lot more stuff but when i test it only says i need 325W.. the 400W should be enough for now but you may need to upgrade in the future

The 450 Watt PSU is specified because AMD/ATI knows that some people will use cheap power supplies. They're hoping the cheap 450 Watt PSU will be able to provide enough DC current on the +12 Volt rail to be able to power the graphics card and all of the other components in the system drawing current from the +12 Volt rail.

The Antec NEO ECO 400C (OEM is Seasonic) is able to provide 30 Amps on its +12 Volt rail. The SAPPHIRE 100283-3L Radeon HD 5770 1GB will draw a maximum of 9 Amps from the +12 Volt rail leaving 21 Amps on the +12 Volt rail to power other components like your CPU, motherboard chipset, hard disk drives, CD/DVD burner, cooling fans.

Manufacturers bloat the figure of power required because not all psu's are created equal.

A quality 400w psu can have more amps than a cheap 500w psu, therefore in thinking you may have a cheap psu with a higher than reality rating, they tell you that you need more than you really do if you had a high quality psu.

Plus they have no idea if your running a 65w dual core or a 130w quad core, or if your running 1 hdd or 10 hdd's. So therefore again, they give you a bloated (higher than needed) figure to cover all system configurations.
