Can this psu handle an hd 6850?

Solution
Wattage wise it's big enough, quality wise, I don;t think so ... reviews I found were in languages I don't read.

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

Radeon HD 6850 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 450 Watt power supply unit.
Radeon HD 6870 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 500 Watt power supply unit.

If you are going to overclock CPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with some more stamina.

Wattage wise it's big enough,

As indicted by the Guru3D article, 550 watts is well more than enough

quality wise, I don;t think so ... reviews I found were in languages I don't read.

Quality wise refers to how good the PSU is ... how good the components are, how long it might last, are there cheap chinese capacitors or quality japanese ones..... does it have good voltage stability, does it have low noise / ripple .... will it go up in smoke taking some of your components with it ?
