Hi I'm looking at getting this 500 watt server psu on Newegg:

I'm just wondering if it will be able to power this GTX 750:

The reason I'm asking is because I think the psu has multiple rails and might not have enough amps on one rail alone to power this card. On Newegg it specifically says "+12V Combined@40A" and the card needs at least (if I'm not mistaken) 20A on the 12v rail to work properly. So will the multiple rails be a problem or will I be fine?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Solution
You can opt for GTX 750 Ti then. Has same dimensions as GTX 750 but a better performer

Don't forget to close the thread if you are satisfied :)

Thanks for the reply. Good to know that it will power the card :). I know that there are better alternatives to this psu but I kind of need the thinner size for a special project I am working on. Its a shame I cant use a regular psu instead but what can you do.

That's interesting. I never thought it would be able to handle a card like that. I would love to get a more powerful card however I just cant because space is not something I have a lot of. That's why I chose the low profile GTX 750 in the first place. Although it is good to know that i have some head room.
