Can this PSU run this setup?

Im planning to upgrade my PC and i wanna only buy a new CPU (AMD X8 FX-8300) and GPU (GV-N960WF2OC-2GD), now in my pc i have

Asrock 970 pro3 MB
1x 8GB RAM
1x 4GB RAM
DVD RW Optical drive
7200 rpm sata HD
and 500W AKYGA AK-B1-500 PSU

so i wanna know can this PSU run my pc with new components, listed in parentheses, or i need new one?

I don't trust a no name brand like that with good components.

The labeled specs of the PSU are often wrong.

power supply like this will never give you whole 500w.
let alone stable 500w.
(it is not that your system would need that much power ,
but units such as this often tend to malfunction even before you try to push it to its rated limits)

replace it with aforementioned XFX (or other good unit for that matter) :
this PSU has quality components and it´s designed by seasonic .
you can also be sure it can deliver its rated power safely .

I'd recommend you get a Tier one PSU, what about the EVGA SuperNova G2 550W Gold Rated PSU. You wont have to use another PSU for a very long time if you got that.

That's not how it works. Power cannot run out. Power is not a substance that can run out.
