Looks pretty good to me. It should max pretty much everything at 1920 x 1080. If anything get a 500GB SSD. Then add a storage drive if needed.

The R9 390 is more powerful then the 970 on the same price

The 390 is a rebranded 290 with a slight factory overclock and an extra 4GB of useless VRAM. It requires a 650w power supply vs a 500w unit for the 970 and only supports the DX 12 API where the 970 supports full DX 12.1 features. The 3xx series was just an excuse for AMD to jack up prices on old tech. And benchmarks are almost identical.
