Can this PC build run Battlefield 4 on Ultra over 40FPS aswell as Watch_Dogs and possibly GTA V?

What cooling, case, operating system, monitor, and PSU would you recommend?

i7 4770K @ 3.5ghz
12GB DDR3
GTX 780 3GB

If you want an 80+ Gold, 600w+, fully modular power supply go for XFX. A Seasonic one at that spec will cost you a bomb. XFX are just as reliable and use some of SeaSonics designs and similar capacitors for a much more reasonable price.

As an example, in the UK a fully modular 660w 80+ platinum Seasonic power supply would cost £112.39 (@Scan). For £112.74 (@Aria PC) you could get a fully modular 850w 80+ gold XFX psu.

Well, as much as others told you, it'll work wonders as long as you get a decent system supporting it.
I honestly don't get why people even goes for over 8GB when they're more than enough for gaming right now, or for gold/platinum PSUs when bronzes are much more affordable and work as well on single-gpu systems with enough headroom. Unless someone plans on heavy overclocking, I feel it's unneded, and more than everything it just goes into "bragging rights", but whatever, it's up to everyone's tastes I guess 😛

I almost reach that 8gb with watch dogs ONLY. I'd recommend 16gb 2400mhz for a more future proof system. Not to mention people do more things than just gaming, which sometimes require more ram. About bronze, silver, etc psus, I kinda agree, it's just a matter of your system making better use of energy.

For a gaming PC you don't need to waste money on 2400mhz RAM, the performance difference between 1333mhz and 2400mhz memory in a desktop PC is negligible. Watch this video for benchmarks.

As mentioned 8gb is fine but if you want it future proofing you may want more as I know dead rising 3 recommends 8gb of ram with a minimum requirement of 6gb.
