Can this run Skyrim at 60 fps?

Hello!
I am not really good with computers but I am getting a pc soon and if it could handle a game like Skyrim with mods. And will it be able to handle newer games on high settings or will I have to settle for medium?

These are the specs that I know of... Is is alright or a mediocre pc? Sorry if I sound like a total newb but understanding computers was never one of my skills 😛

Processor: Intel Core i7 - 4790 - 3,6 GHz
Hard drive : 2 TB + 8 GB SSD (solid state drive)
RAM memory 16 GB DDR 3
Graphic card: nVidia GeForce GTX750 - 1 GB DDR5

We have same graphics and proccessor... Also ram... My hdd is only 1 tb and i dont have ssd though. Yet i can run at ultra with no lag problem. So yes, you can...
Depends on mods though

I suggest you get a 4690k instead of the I7 and get a gtx 960 with 4 gb of vram.

Drop the Core i7 in favor of a Core i5 since Skyrim will not benefit from Hyper Threading (like the vast majority of games). Get a better graphics card with at least 2GB of VRAM.
