Can this Specs Run GTA V?

So recently i got a Laptop from someone as a gift with these specs

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4500U CPU @ 1.80GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
RAM :- 8GB
Hard Drive :- 500 GB
GPU :- AMD Raedon HD 8670 2gb
Direct X 12
Window 10 - 64bit
There is also a integerated Intel Graphics tho i dont think it matters much
I want to see if I can use it to play Titles like GTA V or lower , as i have to move around a lot.

Yes, yes it can.
I too have almost similar specs, but I do run GTA V at lowest graphics.
My Specs:
Intel - Core i3-8100 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor
Gigabyte - Z370P D3 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Patriot - 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1050 2GB OC Video Card

All in one build (no laptop)
But it seems your laptop is better in specs, but not sure in performance, otherwise you should run GTA V with a stable amount of FPS.
