[SOLVED] Can this still be used?

Sorry for formatting or whatever, completely new to this site. Was doing my usual thing, beep bopping around on the pc, nothing too strenuous, when my PC shutdown and I smell burning, go and look, and there's smoke coming from my graphics card, so I'm curious if this is still usable, if I should even try to plug it in. I'm not really in a financial situation to replace it..
